German Shepherd Dog Biography  The German Shepherd Dog  , otherwise called the Alsatian in Great Britain and parts of Europe, is among the main 10 most famous canine breeds in the U.S., and presumably one of the world's most perceived breeds. He owes some portion of his prestige to a little puppy who was culled from a shot and bomb-baffled rearing pet hotel in France amid World War I by Corporal Lee Duncan. Toward the finish of the war Duncan took the puppy back to the place where he grew up of Los Angeles, prepared him, and transformed him into a standout amongst the most renowned puppies in the big time: Rin Tin.
